What we do for buyers of property.

Ensure that the offer and acceptance contract clearly identifies property that is being purchased.
All conditions and special conditions in contract are completed on time.
Ensure Buyer is aware of any encumbrances.
Communicate with buyer’s banks / lending instution to satisfy all requirements are meet and to ensure all funds and documents are ready for agreed upon settlement date.
Communicate with sellers settlement agent / representative.
Ensure there is no outstanding orders / monies on property being purchased that may be owed to debtors.
Prepare correct Landgate documents and ensure they are correctly executed.
Shire and water rates are adjusted accordingly.
Stamp duty is paid as required on your behalf to office of State Revenue.
Attend settlement on your behalf.
Follow up search after settlement ensuring the title is in your name.

What we do for sellers of property.
